NBC’s GD MP Mutha Ashok Jain has recently clarified that Karan Johar’s viral party of 2019 has nothing to do with his investigation into the drug nexus. He further said that the agency had arrested Kshitij Prasad and that a new summons had not been filed.

NCB previously arrested Kshitij Ravi Prasad in a drug case related to the Sushant Singh Rajput affair. They have reportedly sought his custody until October 3, 2020. However, the filmmaker claimed that he has been framed.
